We offer more than just a place to stay. Lift provides a stable and nurturing environment where participants can regroup, grow, and thrive. Our housing is designed to promote independent living, offering structure, accountability, and care while youth work toward their goals. We cultivate community, and hope for long-term stability.

Mentorship and Discipleship
We mentor through wisdom, using life lessons from both struggles and victories as tools for guidance and thoughtful mentorship. As we build relationships, we share the love of Jesus, letting our lives reflect His love for others to see.

Life Skills and transitional guidance
We teach life skills through a learning-by-living approach, turning everyday experiences into meaningful lessons. By applying skills in real-life situations and offering personalized guidance, we make learning relevant, build confidence, and support growth at each person’s pace.

When the student is ready, so are we. We believe in meeting them where they are supporting their unique journey through job readiness, college prep, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, and real-world apprenticeships; while also encouraging them to pursue more and excel beyond their starting point, turning education into action.
